First Community Credit Union (FCCU) partnered with The Children’s Assessment Center (The CAC) and Spindletop Community Impact Partners for a meaningful day of service dedicated to supporting children and families throughout the Greater Houston community. The CAC provides a safe and supportive environment for children and families while connecting them with essential services, resources, and care during difficult times.
FCCU employees came together through the Spindletop Connections program to support The CAC through a hands-on volunteer project. Volunteers worked side by side to organize, assemble, and prepare essential hygiene items for children and families served by the organization. The event provided an opportunity for employees to connect as a team while contributing their time and energy to a cause that makes a meaningful difference in the community.
Throughout the event, volunteers demonstrated compassion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to giving back. Their collective efforts provided 350 hygiene kits for children and families served by the CAC. Through partnerships like these, we continue to strengthen connections across our community and create a lasting positive impact for Houston-area children and families.
