Spindletop Young Professionals enjoy “Bon Vivant”!

On Monday, March 27, 2017 the Spindletop Staff hosted Spindletop Young Professionals for the Youth Development Center (YDC) “Bon Vivant” event. This fundraiser was a magical evening of intimate fine dining with acclaimed Houston chefs hosting each table while preparing a gastronomical masterpiece.   The Spindletop guests were entertained by Chef Robert Graham of the Royal Sonesta Hotel. YDC provides an after school academic remediation program which addresses literacy and math development for low-performing students in grades 1–6 in the Greater Fifth Ward. Over the last several years, Spindletop has supported such YDC programs as the Math lab, Literacy lab and Summer Enrichment.
