Lil Rustler’s Rodeo

The Lil’ Rustlers Rodeo is a special event sponsored by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where handicapped children are paired up with volunteer cowboys and cowgirls to enjoy a rodeo that is especially designed for them. Spindletop has sponsored trophies received by each contestant, and more significantly funded the replacement of the “bucking horses” and props damaged by Hurricane Ike. Spindletop and the Texas Rangers join together each year to volunteer for this meaningful rodeo experience.
