As part of the Spindletop Connections program, Subsea7 employees assembled 300 backpacks filled with school supplies for students at YES Prep West Elementary, YES Prep’s newest elementary campus.
The annual backpack project has become a meaningful tradition for Subsea7, turning employee volunteerism into a tangible investment in Houston-area students. This year, that impact was especially meaningful as the backpacks helped welcome students to a brand-new school community and ensured they had the supplies they needed to start the year off strong.
Spindletop Connections brings together our energy industry partners and non-profit community to create hands-on opportunities that make a direct difference for at-risk children and their families across Greater Houston.
We are grateful to Subsea7 for continuing this tradition for a fourth year and for once again demonstrating the incredible impact our energy industry can make when we come together for Houston’s children.
