Spindletop BBQ Chicken Baste
1 stick butter or margarine
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 ½ teaspoons paprika
2 whole chickens
Melt butter and stir in other ingredients. Baste on chicken with a pastry brush until chicken is done. Chicken will cook to a beautiful golden color. The recipe will barbecue 2 chickens sufficiently.
